Young Chefs Dinner

2007 marks 10 years subce Janni Kryitsis created this opportunity to showcase the cooking of our talented young chefs. This year’s degustation dinner will be cooked by the eight young chefs including Daniel Hong, the 2008 Josephine Pignolet Award Winner at the exciting new Moncur Terrace above Bistro Moncur.

    there are two new kaisekis i wanna try too! one is $80 for a 15-course (cheap!) and the other is $150 for a 10-course (not bad)…

    and then there is this food convention frank wants to drag me to thats $150-200 a head and you dont even get a table! you just walk around and eat.
