The Storrier Hotel

A hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Potts Point… it was not easy to find! (And I honestly think more people should find out about it)

Assiette of freshwater trout – seared trout fillet on octopus salad, briased trout tail and tartare of trout belly

Crab and Pork belly Rillette with pork wafer and tomato salad

Lemongrass Creme Brulee with vanilla mascarpone, and (background) Mango Pannacotta with grandmarnier lamington

With it’s Los Angeles styled Roof top bar against amazing city views and the Kartell furniture filled restaurant, there are plenty of reasons to go back for seconds. Not to mention the Pan Seared Fois Gras with Mango brulee and toast… so delicious the camera didn’t get to see. The bottle of Tempranillo Malbec recommended by the waiter was also a big winner too, just a shame it was so quiet on a Thursday night.
