I added apricots to the stuffing as well
Sweet potato and pumpkin mash casserole with marshamallows

I made this one up on the spot – mash all ingredients, mix with cinnamon, butter, cream. Top with marshmallows and bake til brown

I made a modification to it (added toasted pecans) and made small individual servings, I thought it was cuter!
I’m thankful for great food, great company, good health, and that I have more than one job!

Mmmm!
That sounds ambitious. Good luck!
hahahah you can do it!…..
Sounds delicious! I’m sure you can put it off!
yummyyyyy
i wish i could come to your Thanksgiving , your food menu is always sooo yummy-licious
Delish.
I’ve had these baby carrots before, they were…..I don’t know…..baked, really soft and tender, and had a slight cinnamon-y taste to them. SO GOOD, I couldn’t stop eating them.
sounds good! will you be cooking everything by yourself?
make candied yams! or quiche!
sweet hesus!
sounds awesome though XD
good luck with the meal!
i tried your recipe for chicken soup… only i was seriously limited in ingredients. i just used potatoes, carrots, celery, leeks, and chicken bouillon.. tasted very… salty. im looking forward to trying more of your (simpler) recipes
I’m trying to figure out why you’re celebrating an American holiday.
And why I’m not eating that menu instead.
@gowan - I don’t normally, but my bf is american
@misobored - if it’s too salty, it has something to do with the chicken broth you bought. Did you use half water, half broth? Carrots, celery and leeks normally sweeten a soup very nicely. So does onions.
receipe for the dessert! please?~
that’s quite a meal!
pictures!
i’ve never glazed my carrots, and i probably never tried it either. is it honey-glazed?
@siugoo - recipe link is in now! Very easy and good for small kitchens!
should satisfy your cravings, hee hee
@d_art - I used maple syrup, actually, but I would normally use honey. It’s very English to serve carrots with honey.
@kid1218 - I had everything timed perfectly! And then my guests were 30 mins late.
They don’t understand why that pisses me off. It’s like… leaving the plates on the pass and there’s no food runners.
so yummies!
wow everything looks great. I’ll take left overs
Australian marshmallows look so cool.
happy eating.
@Amuse_Bouche - oh man… hahah thats the hardest part …. esp at home cause its even harder to keep things hot and fresh……
you dont even know how many plates ive thrown at servers muhahahah i always just got angry and threw every plate out and started over!
everything still looks good though! told ya!
yummmmmmeeeee!!!
sorry to hear about your guests > < but clap clap for finishing all dishes!
u’re the Queennnn Amanda!! : ))

babe, the soup was so good im making it again this weekend.

wow, you are all about food! my mouth is drooling…
@XDeborahZeeX - try the tarte tatin!
I’m still receiving emails from people this monday morning dreaming about it. It was very very easy.
i really gotta try your cooking when i return in april~~hehe
I had home-made spaghetti for Thanksgiving…break. All break.
I had to stay at school for the break due to too much work.
That Paul Newman…he sure knew how to make a mean tomato sauce…
Not the typical Thanksgiving dinner, but damn does that sound good!
cool, i had no idea you guys celebrated the day where the pilgrims killed the indians then ate their food.
