My birthday dinner was at the 3 hatted est. restaurant. Amazing meals doesn’t come cheap… that is, unless you have a staff discount. Half priced fois gras tastes EVEN BETTER than its full priced plate on the table next to you.

And along with my secret collection…...

As much as I would love to do the maple syrup diet – which was my favorite out of everyone’s fad diet inputs; it is a liquid only diet, and there is was reason why Beyonce was paid millions to do it. A mixture of maple syrup, lemon juice and pepper with water is not something I can drink...
Christine Manfield Cooking Class
One of Australia’s most celebrated chefs – most known for her amazing desserts and Asian inspired cooking, held a class at the Sydney Seafood School last week which I was very excited about. After an hour long demonstration on how to prepare each dish, we separated into groups of 5 to try...
A Tavola
A Tavola is one of the loveliest, sexiest Italian eateries I’ve encountered in a city already spoilt for choice. On a busy street, chef-owner Eugenio Maiale gives reason to pause for house-made pasta and the timeless pleasure of unfussy Italian dishes.
The complimentary focaccia is pulled from...
