My updates have been nothing short of hopeless – and I apologize! Everything has been hectic, and on top of that, during a company server migration, I lost a large chunk of my emails. It didn’t happen to anyone else, it only corrupted during my account! Epic fail.
Nothing lifts my spirits up more than cooking pancakes on a Sunday morning:

Looks tasty, been craving Pancakes lately but usually around dinner time…so always unable to eat it/make it.
i usually don’t like pancakes, i prefer waffles =], but those looks incredibly delicious!

I live in American but I only eat cereal for breakfast. Your meal looks to die for though! So pretty, I’d eat it even if it were stuffed with trans fat. =0)
