Sauced up, Seaside

I am seeing a re-occuring theme – whenever the sun is shining, and I’m near the ocean… I’m automatically holding a drink in my hand. Last weekend was no different!

Bloody mary

50ml vodka
2 dashes worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco sauce
Pinch salt and pepper
5ml fresh lemon juice
120ml tomato juice
Celery salt (optional)
Horseradish (optional)

Combine all the ingredients in a boston shaker and roll back and forth to mix. Garnish with a celery stalk.

Sunshine, Swimming, Bloody Mary’s, Boats… Life is perfect! However, I’m a tad terrified of all the events to come in November and December – it is going to be non-stop and my liver is going to hate me. I think I need those Korean sachets Deb is talking about as well!

By special request from Cakalusa - who wants shots of the nudie beach we sailed past:

One more thing – Another girlfriend of mine whom I was out with last night got her drink spiked at a bar in Kings X. Girls, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be careful these days as the drink spikers are obviously making their rounds in Sydney. It was onky 4 weeks ago that I got spiked!

this beach is like the Sirenum Scopuli, but instead of playing music to cause shipwrecks and people jumping overboard, the Sirens just pose in nude and blind your sights forever, though u escaped to tell the tale, i just wish that u didn’t show it
