A highlight of the week will be the Dom Pérignon 7 Sensualities Dinner hosted at chef Christine Manfield’s Universal Restaurant on Thursday 24th July. The exclusive 7 Sensualities dinner menu will be created to enhance the seven character traits of the newly released Dom Pérignon Vintage 2000.
Including Pure, Tactile, Glowing, Carnal, Fusional, Ethereal, and Complex.
7 Sensualities is an expression of pure luxury with flat-wear and china, designed specifically for the event, shipped from Epernay, France.
This sensual experience will take place at a magnificently dressed table adhering to the Dom Pérignon 7 Sensualities guidelines.

The 7 Sensualities Dinner is limited to 12 guests at a cost of $1,100 per person.
