Rasberry Ripple (Vanilla yogurt cream, raspberries and [mini] meringue)
Pink Fairy (blood orange curd, strawberries and fairy floss)
Chocolate extravagance (Chocolate caramel tart, chocolate mousse croquant, caramelised chocolate cream, manadrin jelly)

Sounds like the type of exquisite eatery I would wanna open. Cause food should be an experience and enjoyment through colours and sounds. Actually, inspired when I was in HK, how all dishes at a certain restaurant were smaller than entree size so that you can experience more flavours and cuisines.
Then again, I’m not a culinary artist…
