Wakame (soaked)
Corn Kernels
Edamame beans (boiled and shelled)

For some reason I totally forgot to add my edamame beans into the salad [...]
Licensed…. to KILL
After 18 months of training, I am now a proud owner of a… FULL (not probationary) Firearms license!
So… I’m getting the itch to buy a gun. Currently I’m thinking…
K-100 Grand Power pistol (Slovakia)
“don’t f**k with me!” (Do you like my innocent smile?)
Are you happy?
‘Stumbling on Happiness,’ Review by SCOTT STOSSEL
“…underneath the goofball brilliance, Gilbert has a serious argument to make about why human beings are forever wrongly predicting what will make them happy. Because of logic-processing errors our brains tend to make, we don’t want the things that would make us happy — and the things that we [...]
Restaurant Arras
The great reviews were well-deserved. Due to so many newly opened restaurants failing in recently, we can probably see why Arras delayed their opening date for months. They obviously wanted to get everything right – and so they did!

Chicken soup… not so much for the soul
More diet recipes… I know it’s getting boring.
This post was suppose to be about the elaborate mudcrab I was going to cook on Valentines day (including video footage of me bitterly stabbing a poor crustacean) , but alas, some plans just fall through like sand between my fingers. You were lucky you got away with [...]
The gift of knowledge
My colleagues thought that you were trying to give me a serious hint that I work too much, never get paid enough… and have no idea where to find happiness (well the first two is true!)
Little did they know, these items were all on my Amazon Wishlist, which can be found just over to [...]

1 boiled egg
Purple Shiso leaves, finely shreaded
Mesculin Salad Leaves
Wafu style Japanese salad dressing (Goma flavoured)
Carbohydrates: 8g
Other meal suggestions so far:Bean thread noodles, Wom bok and [...]
蘿蔔糕! (Law bock Gow)
I’ve been wanting to do something special for this year’s Chinese New Year… and what better than to make traditional Chinese turnip pudding. It is a long and tiring process, mostly because everything needs to be finely diced. Trying to dice Chinese bacon is like cutting hard candle wax – sliced, then cut into strips, [...]
Brainstorm
As much as I would love to do the maple syrup diet – which was my favorite out of everyone’s fad diet inputs; it is a liquid only diet, and there is was reason why Beyonce was paid millions to do it. A mixture of maple syrup, lemon juice and pepper with water is not something [...]
PHAT Diet
…all of the above! (and that was just lunch… I didn’t even bother taking photos of the amount of food I ate during dinner. Le sigh)
